Refund Policy

Hari And The Gang wants you to be completely happy with your purchase; however, if the goods are unsuitable or faulty you may return us the items within 14 days of receipt for a exchange or refund.

If you have ordered the wrong size then providing it has only been tried on once and not washed then we will happily exchange for a new size.

Please ensure to return all items in the original packaging with a copy of your returns form. All returns should be posted back to Hari And The Gang and proof of postage must be obtained. We do not offer a free returns service.

We cannot offer exchange or return for items which have shown to be worn; if there are any signs of wear or damage, we would not be able to fulfil the return.

Unfortunately, some items are non-cancelable, non exchangeable and non-refundable:

  • Anything that’s made to your specific requirements (ie: outside of standard customisation options offered), is personalised or otherwise can't be resold due to a bespoke element

On receipt of the returned items we will issue you an exchange within 7-10 days; unless the item/s is out of stock, in which case we will email you to advise you of timescales.

Please remember:
• The goods must be returned to us unused and in its original condition for a refund. If unwanted goods are not resalable then we cannot provide a refund.
• We will normally process your refund to your credit/debit card or PayPal account within 7 working days of its receipt, or will despatch to you an alternative where agreed. Refunds take up to 7 working days to be refunded. 
• Delivery charges, return postage and gift wrapping/gift message charges are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty
