Return Policy

We get it! Sometimes you just want to return your item/s and get your money back. The item needs to be in its original condition and must show no signs of wear. We have a 28-day return policy from when the order was delivered to you. We do not offer a free return policy. You will have to pay the return postage.  All returns received within 28 days will be refunded back to your original payment method.

Refund can take up to 7 days to process.

After that?

We do not accept returns outside of the returns period above. If you return any items after this time, we will return the item/s back to you and ask you to cover the cost.

All items are inspected on return.

Returns are your responsibility until they reach us. You need to obtain proof of postage to show you have returned the item/s. Please ensure it is packed up properly.


We are happy to exchange your item if it is unsuitable. Please log the exchange on our website

Please note we can only exchange for the same product, different size. If you are looking to order something completely different then please send the item back for a refund and place another online.

Please Note: Unfortunately, some items are non-cancelable, non exchangeable and non-refundable:

Anything that’s made to your specific requirements (ie: outside of standard customisation options offered), is personalised or otherwise can't be resold due to a bespoke element

Please remember:

  • The goods must be returned to us unused and in its original condition for a refund. If unwanted goods are not resalable then we cannot provide a refund.
  • We will normally process your refund to your credit/debit card or PayPal account within 7 working days of its receipt, or will despatch to you an alternative where agreed. Refunds take up to 7 working days to be refunded. 
  • Delivery charges, return postage and gift wrapping/gift message charges are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty

Received the wrong item?

Sometimes you might get an item that you didn’t order. It doesn’t happen often but if it does please get in touch with us at We will cover the return costs and send out a replacement free of charge.
